The practitioner stands his mind on some parts of the body

The practitioner concentrates his mind on some parts of/within the body.  The most practitioners of this kind stand their mind around their breast and stay calm there.  Then, they will get the cool feeling in their mind and body, intelligence, and some general knowledge.  So there are a few practitioners of this kind in the world.

The steps of this kind are right more than wrong.  For example, if the practitioner does not to take anything to his heart and let his mind calm within his body; he will have the inner peace.  This kind of concentration will make him not to get attached to anything.  It also makes him bright, cool and calm within.  There are a few of the unreal mental objects happened because the practitioner does not take anything in his heart and focus only on the brightness and pure.  When his mind is peaceful, his intellect will be widen more and more but he still does not reach the level of determination the body in the body and so on. So this kind of concentration does not result in the practitioner to attain the Triple Gems and is not the way to completely free the practitioner from all troubles.
